4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
4.1 With Churches
When you express interest in a church (by contacting them or planning a visit), we share relevant information from your profile to facilitate the connection.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, and error reporting. Error reports go to Sentry and say what failed and on which screen; they do not include names, email addresses or screen recordings.
4.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe it's necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
4.4 With Your Consent
We may share information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention
We keep your information while you use FaithHaven. If you delete your account in Settings, it is deleted at once. If you ask for deletion in the Privacy Center, it is deleted 14 days later, so you can change your mind. Your answers about faith background, hurt from a church, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and access or disability needs are deleted after two years without using FaithHaven; we email you 30 days before, and signing in keeps them. We do not collect children's ages.
8. Children's Privacy
FaithHaven is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
10. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, we also record which pages are visited, using a random visitor number saved in your browser, to improve FaithHaven. If you choose Decline, we record nothing and save no visitor number. We do not look up your location from your internet address.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
